ABOUT DEEDS
DEEDS is a ministry/business venture that reaches out to young, disadvantaged African women to train them in sewing, basic business skills and biblical studies as well as to provide counselling so that they can provide for their families, be well-balanced women/ wives/ mothers and make a difference in their community.

By selling scatter cushions, dog beds, tote bags and other interior decoration items at the local country market DEEDS seeks to buy
sewing machines, overlockers, fabric etc, pay the rent for the classroom and the young women who will have an opportunity to practice their skills on the DEEDS production.
Through the whole project as well as high work ethics and product quality we also aim to shine for Christ Who gave His life for us to reconcile us to God. Out of gratitude to Him this project was born. Therefore, our motto and idea behind DEEDS is derived from the Bible passage in James 2:26:
‘As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without DEEDS is dead.’
